


Linda 是一名擁有雙重認證的語言病理學家與國際認證行為分析師(SLP-BCBA),專精於整合語言病理學及應用行為分析(ABA),以提升神經多樣性學習者的療育成效。
她任職於全美最大的公立學區,擔任教學指導員,主導專業發展計畫,致力於為自閉症譜系障礙學生搭建語言病理學與ABA治療之間的橋樑。同時,她也在Bethel聽力語言中心擔任臨床發展主管,推動人工智慧驅動的數位療法,並提供全球臨床諮詢與人員培訓。
因其卓越的協作貢獻,她榮獲2025年ABAI SPABA特殊興趣組頒發的傳播獎。Linda 經常應邀演講,主題涵蓋:為語言表達有限及進階語言學習者整合ABA與語言病理學介入策略、學校環境中的正向行為支持、輔助與替代溝通(AAC)實施展,以及雙語發展等。

I always thought that older children who weren't yet speaking should start speaking as soon as possible, otherwise they'd miss the critical period for language development and never have the chance to speak again. So when you shared the case of Ms Xie's child, I was shocked and realized I had made a big mistake. I asked myself, why did I treat the younger children differently, knowing to build a solid foundation in language comprehension before focusing on pronunciation, while treating the older children differently? I only knew to seize the golden period for language development, but I didn't consider that my approach was wrong.
I am very grateful. Thank you for traveling all the way to China, patiently teaching us the correct methods, and sincerely sharing your teaching insights, which gave me the opportunity to reflect on my mistakes and strive to correct them. Thank you for your hard work.
