My work is centered on instructional leadership & planning, knowledge dissemination, and promoting strong interdisciplinary collaboration. I am passionate about expanding awareness of this collaborative approach to the general public, and utilize my bilingual skills to educate professionals in Chinese-speaking communities worldwide.
East Asian families and communities remain significantly underrepresented in special education advocacy, behavior analysis, and school leadership. I serve as a bridge, not only between disciplines, but between communities that have historically been underrepresented. My bilingual practice opens doors to families who might otherwise navigate these systems alone, and my presence in this field signals to the next generation of Asian professionals that there is a place for them here.
